Our room was not clean. There was a used tissue and some crumbled up purple paper laying behind the wastebasket. There was a piece of dried up pepper on the floor. The shower stall was not clean. There were only 2 bath towels for 2 people. Normally there are more. ...read more

Great people, good accommodations, poor location, and fine facility.

Unfortunately, shortly before we checked in, the hotel had a water main line break below the pool. The entire main floor had all the sheet rock cut out, the carpet was removed; all the lobby furniture was gone. The pool was closed. We were told we could use the pool at the hotel across the street! We had to walk through a mess of hallways to an attached nicer hotel and use their continental breakfast. I didn't have too much problem with that, though it wasn't anything that they could help. However, I was a little disappointed in the staff. They didn't seem at all apologetic or offer any explanation of the mess. I had to bring it up to them first. Our stay was pleasant with clean rooms and kind, efficient staff. The breakfast was good, but a somewhat limited variety.

It was easy to get in and out from the interstate. The room was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was convenient.
